How far in advance do I need to book? +
Our online booking system at ineed.photos allows appointments as soon as two days in advance. If you have a short-notice need, reach out to us directly by text or email and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Do you have a full team or is this a solo operation? +
We’re a full studio. Our studio manager keeps everyone connected so you always have a single point of contact. Behind the scenes, we have a team of full-time professional luxury real estate photographers, FAA-certified drone pilots, skilled gimbal video operators, and dedicated photo and video editors — all working together to serve the fast pace of the industry.
What’s your standard turnaround time? +
Photography is delivered within two business days. Video upgrades are delivered within four business days. Rush turnaround is available as an upgrade if you need it sooner.
What are your hours of operation? +
We book shoots from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend availability and twilight sessions — sunrise or sunset — are available as upgrades outside standard hours.
Where do you serve? +
We serve all of Colorado. Our team is concentrated in the Denver metro area (80202–80239), Colorado Springs (80901–80951), and Fort Collins (80521–80528), with additional coverage in Boulder (80301–80310), Aurora (80010–80019), Lakewood (80214–80228), Littleton (80120–80128), Parker (80134), Castle Rock (80104–80109), Pueblo (81001–81008), and Greeley (80631–80634). We also regularly serve mountain communities including Aspen (81611), Vail (81657), Breckenridge (80424), Steamboat Springs (80487), Telluride (81435), Glenwood Springs (81601), and Grand Junction (81501) on the Western Slope.
How do I prepare the property for the shoot? +
We’ve put together a full preparation checklist to help you and your sellers get the most out of your shoot. A well-prepped property makes a real difference in the final gallery.
Do you reshoot or offer revisions if something doesn’t look right? +
We rarely need to reshoot due to our own oversight, but we’re always happy to when needed — reshoots involve a service fee. We also offer refresh packages for when the market calls for it: maybe you’ve staged or painted, or the season is finally right for exterior shots. For editing, we’re always happy to adjust toning, exposure, cropping, and other details at your direction. Photoshop removal is available on a per-item basis. All add-ons and details are on our booking page.
Can I book services à la carte, or do I have to buy a package? +
All of our services can be booked individually. Our packages offer savings because bundling services means fewer trips, less travel time, and more efficiency on site. We also structure our packages around listing price points so we can help guide you toward the right level of marketing investment — so you’re never overspending or leaving value on the table.
How do I receive my photos and video? +
Everything is delivered through our online booking platform. You get your own team dashboard, so your transaction coordinator or office manager can manage appointments and deliverables on your behalf. Every property gallery includes an easy download button — no login required for your clients or colleagues.
Do you work with commercial and other property types? +
Absolutely. In addition to residential real estate, we work with short-term rental owners, office space managers, interior designers, architects, and hospitality and travel brands. If you have a project in mind, we’d love to hear about it.
