Our workflow starts with the initial creation of digital assets, whether they are photographs, videos, or 3D models. We use top-of-the-line equipment and software to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality. Once the project is complete, we immediately back up the files to multiple locations, including our own servers and cloud storage. This ensures that the files are always accessible and protected from potential data loss.

We also take the time to properly organize and label the files so that they can be easily found and accessed in the future. This is especially important for clients who may need to access the files long after the project is complete.

In addition to our internal workflow, we also partner with Photo Shelter, a leading digital asset management platform. This partnership allows us to keep our archive of visual media projects organized and assessable for decades to come. Our clients have peace of mind knowing that their assets are safe and easily accessible whenever they need them.

We also take the time to manage the usage rights of our clients' digital assets. This includes setting up access controls and permissions, as well as keeping track of any usage agreements that are in place. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their interests are protected every step of the way.
