South Race Street, Denver, Colorado.
Living · Kitchen · Primary suite
A house whose story lives in its surfaces. Stone and a metal mantel, reclaimed wood against polished concrete, a freestanding tub in a quiet room.
The light is soft and directional throughout, chosen to reveal grain and patina. The camera stays close enough that a viewer can almost feel each material.
Materials with a past
A stone fireplace with a metal mantel anchors the living room. Reclaimed wood cabinetry warms the kitchen against polished concrete counters, and a freestanding soaking tub sets the tone in the primary bath.
How we photographed it
Texture is the whole story here, so we used soft, directional light to show grain, patina and the cool sheen of concrete. Nothing was pushed. Wide frames give each room its context, and close studies carry the character.
What it gives the owner
A set built to serve both a sale and a portfolio, with one consistent color carrying from room to room.
