Construction Progress Visit
15 photographs per visit with off-camera lighting and consistent vantage points, so progress reads clearly.
Architectural Commission · Half Day
About 4 hours on site, with 8 finished images and an assistant.
Architectural Commission · Full Day
10 hours door to door, with 15 finished images included. A comfortable day yields 25 to 35.
Additional finished images are $150 each. Aerial flights are $500 each. Planning 4 or more progress visits? Series pricing is $750 per visit.

On site
Multi-exposure capture with lighting, flagging and tethered review. Each frame is refined until it is right.
Proof and deliver
Choose your frames from a proof gallery. Finished images arrive as full-resolution TIFFs.

Your license
- A 2-year marketing license, renewable yearly at 25% of your original order
- Portfolio and awards use, with no end date
- Project partners, such as your builder or designer, can license the same images: $125 per image locally, $250 multi-state
What the assistant does
A second set of eyes on set: moving and setting lighting, catching the details that are easy to overlook, and handling the technical side, from backing up files to keeping batteries charged.
Construction progress, visit by visit
Each visit is photographed from consistent vantage points, so owners, investors and lenders can see the project rise. Delivered in 4 business days, with a 2-year license renewable yearly at 25%.
Aerials
Aerial flights are $500 each, flown by FAA Part 107 licensed, insured pilots.
