178 Ash St, Hilltop Denver: Real Estate Photography for Marilyn Dana
178 Ash Street was completed in 1931, and it reads like a chapter of early 20th-century Denver. Brick, arched windows and a tile roofline sit beneath a canopy of mature trees in Hilltop, and the twilight exterior lets all of that glow.

A living manuscript
Inside, five bedrooms and five baths are arranged around rooms with real character: arches, plaster and original detail that reward slow, careful compositions. I kept each frame quiet so the architecture could speak.

Gardens worth the walk
The kitchen has been updated for modern life while staying true to the house, and the bedrooms are calm and filled with soft light. The close details, an arch, a fixture, a doorway, are what make a home like this unforgettable.

Out back, the gardens and patios feel like a private European courtyard. We photographed them in warm evening light, which is when this house is at its most romantic.
