South Race
Street.

A Denver home built from honest materials: stone, reclaimed wood, polished concrete and a soaking tub made for slow evenings.

Materials with a past

The story of this house lives in its surfaces. A stone fireplace with a metal mantel anchors the living room. Reclaimed wood cabinetry warms the kitchen against polished concrete counters, and a freestanding soaking tub sets the tone in the primary bath.

How we photographed it

Texture is the whole story here, so we used soft, directional light to show grain, patina and the cool sheen of concrete. Nothing was pushed. The goal was for a viewer to almost feel the surfaces through the screen.

What it gives the owner

A set built to serve both a sale and a portfolio: wide rooms for context, close details for character, and a consistent color that carries from room to room.
