Rocky Mountain Mind and Body, Englewood: Healthcare Interior Photography

Rocky Mountain Mind and Body is an integrative psychiatry clinic in Englewood that believes mental health care and chronic pain treatment should feel personal, not transactional. That belief is in the design, and it had to be in the photographs too.

Healing should feel personal

From the entry and waiting area to the treatment lounges, the spaces are warm and deliberately unclinical: deep colors, soft seating, art and natural light. I photographed them slowly, keeping the light gentle so every room reads as safe and welcoming.

Light, color and comfort

The treatment rooms are where people spend the most time, so I gave each one room to breathe, with comfortable chairs, soft blankets and calm light. Close details of the comforts the clinic provides say a lot about its care.

For a practice like this, photography is often the first impression a nervous patient has. The goal was for that first look to feel like an exhale.
