20 Ivanhoe St, Hilltop Denver: Real Estate Photography for Marilyn Dana
Hilltop is one of Denver’s most established neighborhoods, wide streets and mature trees a few minutes from Cherry Creek. 20 Ivanhoe St is a 2018 home of about 5,400 square feet with five bedrooms, six baths and a three-car garage. We started at dusk, when the warm windows and stone read best against a deepening sky.
A great room built for gathering
The main level is organized around a 24 by 20 foot great room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. Rooms this generous can feel empty in photos if you go too wide, so I kept the camera low and the lines straight, letting the fireplace and the long run of windows set the scale.
Quiet rooms upstairs
Two primary suites, each with its own bath, and a bonus room of more than 30 feet give this house real flexibility. I photographed the bedrooms in soft afternoon light so the neutral finishes stayed warm and calm.
Out back, the covered patio and landscaped yard come alive at twilight. We finished in the air, where the house sits among Hilltop’s canopy with the downtown skyline on the horizon.
