2150 N Monaco St Pkwy, South Park Hill Denver: Real Estate Photography for Audrey Michel
Monaco Parkway is one of Denver’s great streets: a wide, tree-lined boulevard running through South Park Hill, lined with brick and stone homes from the middle of the last century. 2150 N Monaco is a 1951 home with five bedrooms, four baths and about 3,720 square feet, reimagined for modern life while keeping the details that give it its soul.
Keeping the character

Original hardwood floors, ornate doorways, original trim and the fireplace surround all stayed, and that is where I spent the most time. Character homes ask you to slow down. A doorway is a frame inside a frame, and old millwork rewards soft, directional light that shows the profile of each piece.

Cherry is back

The kitchen is the bold move: flat-panel cherry cabinetry, quartz counters and an enormous island. After a decade of white kitchens, warm wood tones like cherry and walnut are returning in a big way, and pairing them with crisp quartz keeps the room feeling current. It opens directly to the patio, so the kitchen and the outdoor dining area read as one space.

Retreat and context

The primary suite is calm and tailored, with an updated bath and double vanity. To close, we went up: from above, the parkway’s canopy stretches toward the downtown skyline, which is the whole case for living in Park Hill in a single frame.
