West of Denver the land tips upward. Golden keeps its historic downtown beneath the mesas, Morrison sits beside Red Rocks, and Evergreen tucks homes into ponderosa pine. Further up, past Kenosha Pass, South Park opens into high, wide valleys dotted with cabins.
Here the setting is the listing. Rock, trees and light change quickly, and the photographs have to carry that sense of place.
How we photograph the foothills
We plan around terrain and light. Canyons fall into shade early, so exteriors are timed carefully, and twilight gives mountain homes their glow. Aerials show how a property sits in the trees or against the ridge.
For cabins and getaways, we add lifestyle frames that show how a weekend there actually feels.
