4206 S Eldridge St, Soda Lakes Morrison: Real Estate Photography for Marilyn Dana
Some listings are about square footage. This one is about the view. 4206 S Eldridge St is a top-floor, two-story condo in Soda Lakes, a small community in Morrison where the foothills start, Red Rocks sits on the horizon and Bear Creek Lake Park is out the back door.
Leading with the outlook

At around 800 square feet, the interior is efficient, so we built the story from the outside in. The first frames show what you see from the windows and the balcony: the red sandstone ridges, the green of the park and the long line of the foothills. For a buyer scrolling listings, that view is the reason to stop.

Light, vaults and a wood-burning fire

Inside, vaulted ceilings and a single shared wall make the condo feel brighter and more private than its size suggests. The wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, and the remodeled kitchen has butcher block counters and stainless appliances, a warm, practical mix that photographs well under soft daylight.

The neighborhood is part of the listing
Soda Lakes buyers tend to be outdoors people. Trails, the reservoir and Red Rocks are all minutes away, so we finished with a frame of the bike path along the park. It tells a buyer how their weekends will go.
