6 homes · Bungalows to brick ranches
North and west Denver is bungalow country. In Highland and West Highland, 1920s homes sit a block from Tennyson Street and Sloan’s Lake. In Park Hill, brick houses and parkways stretch east under old elms, with new custom homes built to match their neighbors.
Further west, Lakewood and Arvada bring brick ranches with big yards and quiet streets, a different kind of everyday Colorado house.
How we photograph these neighborhoods
These are porch neighborhoods, so we start at the street. Twilight exteriors show off front porches and rebuilt facades, and interiors are lit to keep original character, from built-ins to fireplaces, alongside modern kitchens.
For brick ranches in Lakewood and Arvada, bright, level interiors and a clean exterior frame tell the story honestly.
Who we work with here
We photograph for listing agents who know these streets well, and for builders creating new homes in Park Hill. Our Leyden Street case study follows one new home from morning to twilight.
