3392 Dryden Pl, The Highlands Mead: Real Estate Photography for Jason Putnik
Mead is one of the fastest-growing towns in Northern Colorado, and The Highlands is a big part of the reason. 3392 Dryden Pl was built in 2023 and upgraded since by both the builder and the owners: four bedrooms, three baths, about 2,208 square feet and a three-car garage, on a lot that backs to the greenbelt.
Better than brand new
Newer homes can photograph flat if you are not careful, so I looked for the details that set this one apart. The covered patio with its fan and lighting looks straight onto the greenbelt. The living room has a fireplace and wood floors, and the kitchen has a white quartz island and a walk-in pantry. Clean, even light kept everything crisp without losing warmth.
Selling the town, too
Buyers looking at Mead often know the price per square foot better than they know the town. So we spent part of the shoot on community: the park and pavilion in The Highlands and the small, walkable Main Street with its clock, murals and brick storefronts. Those frames answer the question every buyer asks, which is what life here actually feels like.
